Dr. Peter Hayden – Executive Chairman

B.Sc. (Hons) Geology, PhD, MAIG

Dr. Hayden is a consultant geologist with over 35 years’ experience in exploration and mining for commodities such as tin, tantalum nickel & gold. Dr. Hayden has worked on all phases of exploration from reconnaissance to feasibility and development, and has been intimately involved in the discovery of several gold ore bodies in Australia and Africa.

Mr. Tim Fairhead – Executive Director & Company Secretary

B.Bus., MBA, FCIS, FGIA, GradDipAppFin

Mr. Fairhead commenced his career in China, and is a fluent Mandarin speaker. Since returning to Perth Mr. Fairhead has worked with a number of Perth-based investment banking and boutique corporate advisory groups, and served as in-house M&A adviser to a major Perth corporate. Mr. Fairhead has also held senior mining executive roles, and is a chartered company secretary.

Fairhead先生在中国开始其职业生涯，可以讲流利的中文普通话。自九十年代回到佩斯后，Fairhead先生曾为若干佩斯的投资银行及公司机构咨询公司工作，包括在佩斯的一间主要的投资机构作为企业并购投资顾问。另外Fairhead也具有在公共上市的矿业公司作为高级管理人员的工作经验。Fairhead先生具有特许公共公司秘书资质。
